Team Overview:

The Logistics Planning team’s mission is to support 99Food’s sustainable growth, by fostering higher efficiency and better experience in Delivery. We uncover actionable insights, shape strategies, build capabilities and empower growth through deep analytics and close collaboration with the Operations team.

In this team, you’ll work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’ll be part of strategic decisions. You’ll feel the energy and passion of working in a fast growing business that is re-shaping the Delivery industry. And you’ll grow!

Role Responsibilities:

This is a new team with several open roles at different seniority levels. Individual roles and responsibilities will be defined as we find the right people to join the team. Your responsibilities will be a subset of:

- Deep-dive analysis: independently conduct in-depth thematic analysis, leveraging business expertise and internal/external insights to identify key challenges/opportunities, formulate strategic recommendations, and drive execution.

- Business performance analysis: support weekly and monthly business reviews with performance analysis and strategic insights to facilitate decision-making.

- Dashboards: build automated dashboards, considering different granularity levels and cadence (up to real-time information)

- Reporting: build reports, keep them updated and add tangible insights for executive forums

- Data infrastructure development: establish core business metrics, collaborate with Ops, Product, Data Science, Data Warehouse and Algorithm teams to enhance data infrastructure and enable strategy implementation.

Role Qualifications:

- Problem solving: break down big problems into small structured problems

- Business acumen: convert insights into practical conclusions and recommendations

- Communication: spread the word about conclusions and recommendations, clearly and constructives.

- Advanced analytics using spreadsheets and other tools

- SQL knowledge (advanced SQL is desired, but not required)

- Fluency in business English (oral and written): the position requires daily interaction with foreign stakeholders living in Brazil and abroad

- Python knowledge is desired, but not required

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Math, Statistics or similar fields

- Experience in tech companies or consulting firms, in roles that require deep analytical skills
