The Role

We are looking for a

Senior Platform Frontend Engineer (UX)

to build high-impact internal experiences by developing interfaces and tools that empower developers and accelerate AI adoption. This role is strongly focused on

Developer Experience (DevEx)

and platform products, requiring an

AI-oriented mindset

and hands-on experience building tools for engineering platforms.

Key Responsibilities Develop UI solutions for agent creation and management Evolve the

Backstage IDP

and build usage dashboards and metrics Design seamless UX flows for internal SDK consumption (Developer Experience) Build interfaces for templates and automation workflows Partner closely with backend teams to ensure the best technical and visual experience Requirements Strong, advanced experience with

React and TypeScript Hands-on experience with

Design Systems

and complex API integrations Previous experience building

internal platforms or enterprise applications AI-native profile (mandatory)

with daily use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Codeium Advanced technical English with ability to communicate in global environments Nice to Have Experience with

Backstage Background in UX focused on developers (DevEx) Frontend observability experience (monitoring, metrics, performance tracking)
