Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities： • Be responsible for fault identification, registration, repair, and testing of customer returned equipment; summarize and analyze after-sales repair data, including but not limited to equipment failures, repair costs, and material consumption. • Conduct special follow-up on top after-sales repair issues, analyze and identify root causes (process, incoming materials, design, etc.), provide feedback to R&D, QA, and other relevant departments, and drive improvement until issues are resolved. • Provide on-site repair services for customers specified in the contract and within the scope of the maintenance station. • Verify equipment warranty status and provide quotations for out-of-warranty equipment. • Compile after-sales maintenance manuals and operation guidelines. • Assist in sorting out and providing equipment failure points. • Assist in collecting and summarizing equipment maintenance data. • Design maintenance processes, optimize maintenance strategies, improve repair efficiency and quality, and reduce maintenance costs. • Develop repair SOPs for new products, optimize SOPs for existing products, and provide technical guidance and training to customers.

Skills Requirements:

• Be familiar with basic knowledge of electronic product maintenance technology and basic characteristics of electronic materials. • Master the simple process of electronic product maintenance. • Understand the working principle of electronic products and basic circuit analysis. • Proficient in using soldering stations and various maintenance tools. • Familiar with the operation of computer office software.

岗位职责：

•负责客户返修设备的故障识别确认、登记、维修、检测等工作；负责总结分析售后返修数据（包含但不限于设备维修故障、维修费、领料） •负责对售后维修TOP项问题进行专项跟进，分析定位不良原因（制程、来料、设计等），反馈给研发、品质等相关单位，推动改善至问题收敛 •对合同中规定且在维修驻点范围内的客户，提供上门维修服务 •判断设备质保期，对过保设备进行报价 •对售后维修手册、操作指引进行编制 •协助提供设备维修问题点 •协助统计设备维修数据 •负责设计维修工艺流程，优化维修执行策略，提高维修效率和质量，降低维修成本 •负责编制新产品维修SOP，优化老产品维修SOP，并对,客户进行技术指导和培训

技能需求：

•熟悉电子产品维修技术基础知识和电子材料基本特性。 •掌握电子产品维修简易流程。 •熟悉电子产品维修工作原理以及简易电路分析。 • 熟练运用 焊台及各种维修工具 • 熟悉电脑办公软件操作
