We are looking for

QA Analyst UX/UI - Product Designer

who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will: Strong knowledge of testing fundamentals such as SDLC Methodology. Hands-on working experience using the following tools (Gherkins, JIRA, Browserstack etc.) Ability to create test cases according to the requirement of the project Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally, and work well in a distributed, team-oriented environment Hands-on working experience any with GUI / Web Testing Tool (Google extensions, Screaming Frog). Ability to interface with client, both users and management Attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in Web Testing and Mobile Testing is must Proficient in different types of Testing like Integration, Regression, Sanity, User Acceptance testing etc. Should have knowledge of Defect Management, Bug life cycle, Performance management. Ability to develop use cases and track test results through standard management tools Working experience in JIRA and Test Management in JIRA Experience with scaled Agile methodology Experience in UX (User Experience) e UI (User Interface) Experience in Figma.

Knowledge of API and Load Testing using tools (ie., Postman) Understanding of test metrics and the tools to measure them Hands-on experience with one or more of the following Tools (e.g., Canvas, Confluence, Miro Board) Exposure with working in Agile/Scrum environment Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements Monitor debugging process results Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements

Key Responsibilities:

Identify components in need of testing and prioritize the writing of those tests Work on POCs, small development/enhancement projects Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and client success staff to ensure the best-possible testing is achieved Understand business goals and requirements and take them into consideration when creating tests. Improve our QA tooling and continuous testing within our CI/CD framework. Collaborate within the Agile framework, foster a team approach to software development and delivery Create test plans and run them as needed Create and manage defect tickets for new and existing functionality Assist in release/deployment planning and execution activities Exercise independent judgement and discretion to define the issues and develop solutions to complex problems that require innovation and ingenuity. Provide accurate level of effort time estimates and provide recommendations for feature prioritization Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions Anticipate security issues, bugs, performance and scalability issues prior to them coming to pass.
