We are looking for a
Senior Frontend Developer,
who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will
Develop modern, performant, and responsive interfaces using
React.js , JavaScript/TypeScript, and related tools.
Work within a
flow-based agile environment (Kanban) , contributing to continuous improvement of workflow metrics (WIP, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, CFD).
Participate in team ceremonies such as refinements, daily meetings, flow reviews, and retros focused on process optimization.
Collaborate closely with
UX/UI designers
to transform prototypes and concepts into high-quality user experiences.
Integrate the front-end with backend
REST or GraphQL APIs , ensuring consistency, standardization, and technical quality.
Perform
code reviews , support architectural evolution, and uphold front-end development best practices.
Build and maintain
unit, integration, and E2E tests
to ensure reliability and stability.
Act with strong
ownership , understanding the business impact of each delivery.
Collaborate with Front-End Chapters and Technical Guilds to share knowledge and improve standards across teams.
Mandatory Skills
Strong experience with
React.js
(hooks, context, routing, state management, component lifecycle).
Proficiency in
JavaScript ES6+
and
TypeScript .
Familiarity with state management tools such as
Redux, Zustand, Recoil , or similar.
Solid knowledge of
HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Styled Components , and CSS-in-JS approaches.
Experience consuming
REST or GraphQL
APIs.
Experience with build tools such as
Vite, Webpack, and Babel .
Experience with testing tools like
Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress , or equivalents.
Proficiency with
Git , modern branching strategies (Git Flow or trunk-based with PRs).
Previous experience in
agile environments
(Kanban, Lean, Agile mindset).
Desirable Skills
Experience working in digital squads structured under
Tribes, Chapters, and Guilds .
Familiarity with
flow metrics
(Lead Time, Cycle Time, WIP, Throughput, CFD).
Experience with
feature flags ,
design systems , or
micro front-ends .
Knowledge of observability tools such as
Sentry, Datadog, Grafana .
Prior experience building
large-scale digital products
(apps, B2B/B2C platforms).
Understanding of
UX principles
and
accessibility (WCAG) .
