HR Analyst Bilingual (Mandarim)

Job Responsabilities:

Translate and localize documents, reports, emails, contracts, and corporate communications from Mandarin to Portuguese and vice versa, ensuring linguistic accuracy and contextual adaptation;

Provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation during meetings, conferences, negotiations, and corporate events, facilittating clear communication between Mandarin- and Portuguese-speaking stakeholders;

Act as a communication bridge between local and Chinese teams, promoting alignment, minimizing misunderstandings, and ensuring efficient information flow across departaments;

Ensure translations are not only accurate but also culturally appropriate, adapting terminology and expressions to suit business, technical, and organizational Contexts.

Review, proofread, and edit translated materials to maintain coInsistency in terminology, tone, and quality standards across all comunications;

Support international projects involving Mandarin-speeaking partners, suppliers, and clients.

Job Qualification:

High school diploma;

Advanced knowledge of Portuguese and Mandarin (written and spoken);

Interpersonal skills;

Good communication skills;

Knowledge of HR routines is desirable.
