About the Role You will join a dynamic team responsible for the development and maintenance of

real-time trading solutions

within a leading FX technology environment. Your primary focus will be on

Java-based systems

, with opportunities to contribute to

Node.js components

and work with

industry-standard protocols and platforms

.

Mandatory Requirements Minimum

5 years of hands-on experience

in

real-time Java development

, with a strong track record of delivering robust and high-performance solutions. Advanced English level

, both written and spoken, required for effective communication with international teams (minimum

B2 ). Solid experience with

GitHub

and

JaCoCo

for Java code coverage.

Highly Desirable Experience Proven experience implementing solutions within the

Caplin

product. Strong experience with the

FIX protocol

, including the design and implementation of FIX-based integrations.

Desired Skills Hands-on experience with

Node.js

, especially within

financial or trading systems

environments.

Additional Qualities Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in

fast-paced, mission-critical environments

. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with

multidisciplinary teams

. Experience in the

financial services industry
