multinational company in the logistics and supply chain solutions industry
is looking for a
Business Development Specialist
to drive new business opportunities and support revenue growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market analysis and relationship building with potential clients.
Conduct research on target companies and analyze their supply chain structure to identify value-added solutions.
Develop and present commercial proposals and tailored solutions, including pricing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to generate leads and support revenue growth.
Participate in negotiations and support the closing of new business opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Strong Excel skills with focus on data analysis.
Availability to travel when required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to small and large audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills with proven negotiation and influencing abilities.

Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
Emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience in consultative sales or business development roles.
