Success in this role requires more than coding; it requires strong teamwork, adaptability, and initiative. Upper-Intermediate+ English and the ability to communicate effectively with international teams. Key responsibilitiesOwning the end-to-end user experience of the platform, ensuring reliability and performance meet user expectations. Making technical decisions and tradeoffs to reduce operational overhead and improve system stability. Implementing observability solutions to increase visibility into system behavior and user experience. Maintaining and enhancing product capabilities.
