The Role
Finance Controlling Analyst
Responsibilities:
Provide business analysis and decision support to senior management;
Prepare, analyze, and monitor key financial drivers (P&L, margins, costs, working capital, effective tax rate, risk KPIs);
Track results against budget, forecast, and estimates;
Review and reconcile financial information (actual vs. estimated) and explain variances;
Monitor daily estimated results;
Monitor and analyze Long & Short positions;
Monitor and analyze foreign exchange exposure (FX position);
Support the preparation of the annual budget and monthly reviews;
Prepare management presentations using financial data;
Interact with corporate headquarters and global centers of expertise in a dynamic, fast‑learning environment;
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
Proficiency with Excel and Power BI;
English communication skills;
Knowledge of the finance or related to financial calculations;
Knowledge of SAP will be a plus;
Previous experience in Middle Office will be a plus;
Previous experience in agricultural commodities will be a plus;
Discipline with deadlines, attention to detail, and strong analytical and logical skills.
