Senior IT Systems Analyst - IAM

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and professional IAM Analyst to complete our international working IAM Team to support and develop our access management (AM) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Ping Identity solutions and a proven track record of integrating applications into a PING Identity environment. This role will involve technical planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth operation and development for the upcoming IAM demands in our environment.

Responsibilities: Provide operational support for our IdP and IAM systems. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication and user repositories Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide technical guidance and support to end-users.

Requirements: Proven experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect and SAML v2. Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Knowledge of security, network, AuthN and AuthZ protocols and their best practices. Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, etc. Proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting Excellent communication in english and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications in PingFederate, PingDirectory, or PingID. Experience with other IAM and IDM solutions and technologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (Azure, AWS, Google).
