Job Title: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Location: LATAM Duration: 6-12months Job Summary: We are looking for a

Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

with strong experience in gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting Salesforce implementation and enhancements. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support business processes.

Key Responsibilities: ·Work with business stakeholders to

gather, analyze, and document business requirements

for Salesforce implementations and enhancements. ·Translate business needs into

functional requirements, user stories, and process flows . ·Act as a

bridge between business teams and technical teams

to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. ·Configure and support Salesforce features including

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards . ·Participate in

solution design discussions

and recommend best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem. ·Support

UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

by preparing test cases, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring requirements are met. ·Assist in

data migration, integration requirements, and system documentation . ·Provide

production support and troubleshooting

for Salesforce issues. ·Maintain clear documentation including

BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process diagrams . ·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive

continuous improvement and system optimization .

Required Qualifications: · 3–6 years of experience

as a Business Analyst with

Salesforce platform exposure . ·Strong understanding of

Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud . ·Experience with

requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management . ·Knowledge of

Agile/Scrum methodologies . ·Ability to create

user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications . ·Experience with

Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and basic configuration . ·Strong

analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
