ServiceNow Developer position

within an enterprise environment, working in an

Agile pod (SAFe)

delivering high-impact solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities Development and configuration within

ServiceNow

(Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, Flow Designer). Building

scalable solutions and integrations

(REST/SOAP, MID Server, authentication). End-to-end participation in user stories:

design, development, testing, and deployment . L3 support , automation, and continuous platform improvements. Collaboration with

ITSM, ITOM, and Event Management teams . About Slack (Realistic Expectation) Slack is

NOT the primary focus of the role . The expectation is to: Support or maintain existing apps and workflows. Assist with integrations (often triggered from ServiceNow). Perform light automation or behavioral adjustments. Understand how Slack integrates into enterprise workflows. A profile with experience working with

APIs, integrations, webhooks, bots, or collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, etc.)

can adapt quickly. Ideal Profile Strong experience with

ServiceNow scripting and configuration . Solid

ITSM fundamentals . Experience with

integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, authentication) . Experience working in

Agile / SAFe environments within pods . Minimum English level: B2 . Experience leveraging

AWS / data lake environments with ServiceNow for reporting . Experience with

Performance Analytics . Required Certification ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ⭐ Nice to Have ITIL certifications Advanced

ServiceNow certifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Experience with
