About the Company We are a growing US–based healthcare organization providing home care services, medical staffing (PT, OT, nursing), non-medical caregiving, and boarding care services. We are currently expanding aggressively within the

Workers’ Compensation insurance market , with a strategic focus on catastrophic injury cases and long-term insurance partnerships across California. Our goal is to become a trusted vendor within major insurance networks and build relationships that generate high-value, long-term cases.

The Role We are hiring a

full-time Intake Specialist / Business Development professional

to drive outreach and relationship-building efforts with Workers’ Compensation insurance companies. This role focuses strictly on: Lead generation Insurance outreach Relationship development Contract initiation Once a case is referred, the internal operations team manages execution and care coordination. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in relationship-driven healthcare sales and insurance networking.

Key Responsibilities Conduct strategic email outreach to Workers’ Compensation insurance companies Identify and connect with contracting/networking departments via prospecting tools and Google Follow up consistently and professionally Prospect new insurance carriers and TPAs Educate potential partners about service offerings Support contract establishment and vendor onboarding Conduct phone outreach when necessary Maintain CRM records (HubSpot implementation in progress)

Ideal Candidate Profile We’re looking for someone with: Strong professional English (written and verbal) Experience in

Workers’ Compensation, insurance, medical staffing, or healthcare networking Background in insurance contracting or vendor relations (highly preferred) Confidence in outreach and relationship-building Ability to work independently in a remote environment Availability during U.S. business hours

Tools & Systems Outlook Google Workspace HubSpot (implementation phase) Apollo.io (for prospecting)
