About the Role We are looking for a

skilled Data Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

Node.js and TypeScript , along with experience in

data engineering, database management, and data modeling . You will collaborate with

cross-functional teams

to design, implement, and optimize

scalable data solutions

that support business and analytics needs. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize

backend services using Node.js and TypeScript . Design, implement, and maintain

databases and data pipelines . Perform

data modeling, data transformation, and system integrations . Collaborate with

data architects, analysts, and software engineers

to deliver high-quality data solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize

data workflows for performance and scalability . Ensure compliance with

data governance and security standards . Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of software development experience

with a strong focus on

Node.js and TypeScript . Hands-on experience with

databases (SQL and NoSQL)

and

data modeling . Strong understanding of

APIs, backend architecture, and data integration patterns . Familiarity with

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

is a plus. Strong

problem-solving skills

and the ability to work independently in a

remote environment . Excellent

communication skills in English or Portuguese . Preferred Skills Experience with

ETL pipelines

and

data warehousing solutions . Familiarity with

GraphQL or REST API development . Knowledge of

data governance, data security, and compliance .
