Job Description. Our ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-changing environment, be self-driven, have good business decoding, project management and relationship management skills. Ability to give business side advice from HR perspective and make key decisions that can support or influence business development; Develop matching HR systems and processes based on business strategy and tactics; Driving and influencing the core leaders from the perspective of business development effectiveness based on the good relationship established with the business; Benchmarking research, able to combine the company's strategic direction and practice situation, timely propose and recommend new and valuable technical measures and methods.

Job Requirements. Bachelor degree or above; Professionally and experience-wise, more than 5 years of HR working experience in medium and large-sized enterprises, with rich experience in relationship management, project operation and business decoding; Deep understanding of the Internet industry and job characteristics; Curiosity, strong learning ability, hard-working; good communication and collaboration skills and project promotion ability. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is preferred.

Position Highlights. Familiar with Keeta sales field and have supported large-scale business teams. Interested in going overseas, interested in business, focus on value creation, and act quickly.
