Intelligence Analyst

The Intelligence Analyst, assigned to a specific client, will monitor, evaluate, and interpret data from various sources to identify threats and risks that may affect the company, its employees, or reputation. The Analyst produces timely intelligence through event and trend analysis, supports crisis response, and provides actionable insights for decision-making.

Responsibilities:

- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. - Monitor open sources (OSINT) including press, intelligence subscriptions, social media to identify threats/risks that may impact the client's operations, employees, and reputation. - Manage the collection of intelligence information used to populate situational reports and risk assessments. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather intelligence and insights on threat actors, their tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). - Regularly update threat profiles to reflect the latest information and changes in the threat landscape. - Support executive protection and travel security by proving threat assessments and reporting. - Assist with the periodic updating of standard operational procedures (SOPs), produce After Action Reports, and create playbooks and risk matrices to strengthen organizational resilience. - Establish and maintain systematic, cross referenced intelligence records and files. - Initiate, execute, and maintain intelligence relationships inside and outside the organization. - Safeguard and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information. - All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of risk analysis and/or intelligence experience.

- Bilingual written and verbal skills; English and Portuguese. Spanish is optional. - Knowledge and understanding of intelligence-gathering techniques. - Able to identify risks by analyzing data and information from multiple unrelated sources into a finished comprehensive intelligence product. - Client orientated and results driven. - Able to work independently with little supervision and under adverse and stressful conditions. - Able to present and defend intelligence positions to a variety of audiences and stakeholders. - Able to interact collaboratively at all levels of an organization. - Serve as a positive team member. - Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. - Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines. - Computer skills; Microsoft Office.
