Finance & Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Finance & Administrative Assistant to join our São Paulo office.

Employment Type: CLT Work Model: 100% on-site (São Paulo Office)

Key Responsibilities: Provide daily administrative support, including document control, filing, meeting scheduling, and general office coordination. Assist in internal administrative procedures and external communications with vendors and partners. Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation in compliance with company policies. Support the preparation and organization of financial documents and basic reports. Perform accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) reconciliations. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Basic financial knowledge with the ability to independently handle AR and AP reconciliations. Intermediate English level or above, capable of handling written communication and basic document processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail, integrity, responsibility, and good communication skills.
