We are looking for a motivated

Influencer Marketing Campaign Specialist

to join our team and support global campaigns, working closely with the Influencer Marketing Team Lead and other team members.

This is a hands-on role for someone with

agency experience

, keen to run campaigns, manage relationships, oversee workflows, and contribute to the success of influencer marketing operations.

What You’ll Do Scout and identify creators across multiple regions for global campaigns.

Conduct outreach and build relationships with creators and talent agencies.

Run influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end under the guidance of the Team Lead.

Communicate directly with clients to support campaign execution and ensure deliverables are met.

Maintain and update CRM/databases with influencer data, collaboration rates, availability, and content guidelines.

Track performance, contribute to campaign reporting, and provide actionable insights.

Support daily workflow management

, prioritize tasks, and oversee ongoing projects across the team to ensure smooth operations.

Assist the Team Lead in campaign planning, workflow optimization, and process improvement.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of all influencer marketing activities.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience

working at an

influencer marketing agency

(brand-side experience not sufficient).

Hands-on experience running influencer marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of influencer marketing operations, talent scouting, and creator outreach.

Proven ability to

manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and oversee ongoing projects

in a team setting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns across different regions.

Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.
