About the Role
We’re hiring a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to manage inbound leads only, no cold calling.
This role is focused on speed-to-lead, nurturing prospects, creating urgency, and booking free trial workout visits. You’ll be responsible for turning interest into scheduled appointments through structured follow-up and high-energy communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound leads daily
Respond quickly via calls and text messages.
Nurture prospects and build excitement and urgency
Confidently handle objections and explain services clearly.
Book free trial workout visits.
Maintain a structured 30–45 day follow-up cadence inside the CRM.
Complete 50–75 touches per day (calls, texts, follow-ups).
Keep accurate records of all interactions.
Requirements
Proven B2C lead management and nurturing experience.
Strong appointment-setting and follow-up skills.
Ability to communicate brand differentiation against competitors.
Fitness industry experience (professional and/or personal) strongly preferred.
