Junior Lawyer for contracts

JOB PURPOSE

The Junior Lawyer for contracts ensures an efficient claims service, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, providing legal assistance focused on contracts. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Analyses and draft of contracts for internal customers: marketing, operation, finance and commercial, and ensures that the Company replies in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; • Handling and management of Contractual Matters; • Keeps contacts and ensures links between the Company and service provider; • Maintain the control of agreements in force; • Actively contributes to the legal team’s ongoing development of knowledge, skills and departmental processes.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)

• Advanced skills in English (spoken and written); • Law Degree and register at “OAB”; • Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point, Word); • At least 2 years’ experience as in-house legal department; • Experience in a multinational company in the travel/tourism or in other B2C industry will be considered a plus; • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines, in a fast paced, rapidly evolving, and demanding industry and work environment; • Proactive, customer oriented, flexible, adaptable, eager to continually learn; • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and communicate with people at all levels; • Able to work full presential.
