What are we looking for?

We are looking for a

CLM Functional Support Analyst

to provide functional support for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient incident resolution, and continuous improvement of contract management processes.

100% remote collaboration.

Key responsibilities: Provide functional support for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) related incidents and service requests. Log, categorize, prioritize, and track tickets using ITSM tools. Perform initial troubleshooting and functional analysis before escalating to L2/L3 or technical teams. Support users with: Contract creation and workflow-related issues. Template and clause library usage. Approval workflow routing. User access and role-based permissions. Monitor system integrations (e.g., ERP/CRM) and identify data synchronization issues. Perform basic system configuration (templates, fields, workflows, user roles). Assist in UAT coordination and regression testing activities. Maintain user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. Provide end-user training and onboarding support. Ensure SLAs are met and provide periodic reporting on ticket trends.

What we expect from you:

At least

4 years of experience

in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) support or functional analysis. Strong understanding of: Contract lifecycle processes (request, authoring, approval, execution, obligation management, renewal). Legal and procurement workflows. Hands-on experience with CLM platforms such as

Icertis, Agiloft, Conga, Sirion, SAP Ariba , or similar. Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g.,

ServiceNow, Jira ). Basic understanding of system integrations with

CRM and ERP

platforms. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Fluent English and Portuguese

(both written and spoken).

Nice to have: Experience working in global or multicultural environments. Previous involvement in CLM implementations or platform enhancements. Knowledge of compliance, legal operations, or procurement digitalization initiatives.
