Our team specializes in products, software, and services to assist with patent and trademark application processes, including filing, renewals, and translations.

The Translations Quality Assurance Coordinator will work within our international legal translations division. This is an administrative, non-technical position focused on document review and proofreading.

The Translations Quality Assurance Coordinator will conduct quality assessments on translated legal documents. Key responsibilities will include: Collaborate with the Project Management team to clarify project parameters. Performing quality checks on translations. Communicate effectively with vendors world-wide in order to reconcile errors in the translated text. Implement process improvements using available technology solutions.

A successful Translations Quality Assurance Coordinator must have: Experience in reviewing and proofreading translated documents, particularly legal documents. Experience with CAT tools is highly preferred. A high degree of proficiency in relevant computer skills (Microsoft Office). Experience with Adobe Acrobat or similar tools. A highly focused, detail-oriented, and client-centric mindset. Ability to set and meet multiple deadlines. Ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills. Proven problem-solving skills. Ability to work well in both independent and highly collaborative settings. Ability to excel in fast-paced work environment.
