The Position:As a core operator of the "Segment Penetration" strategy in the Latam region, the PV Specialist will be primarily responsible for market insights, strategy formulation, competitive response, opportunity management, and capability building within the assigned segment (PV). Serving as a critical link between headquarters strategy and regional execution, this role carries the dual mission of strategic interpretation and tactical implementation, translating headquarters' segment strategy into actionable plans, empowering country teams for execution, and fostering cross-regional collaboration to achieve synergistic outcomes.Main activities and Responsibilities:- Strategy and Market Insight: Conduct in-depth analysis of policies, markets, customers, and competitors in target Latam countries. Identify segment-specific opportunities and regularly produce market analysis reports to inform segment planning and decision-making. - Product and Competitive Strategy: Actively participate in the formulation and review of segment product strategies, drive product optimization and standardization, and monitor strategy execution to ensure a closed-loop management process. Lead the development of segment competitive strategies, produce competitor analysis reports, and dynamically refine competitive positioning in direct sales scenarios. In channel scenarios, analyze and increase the proportion of top-tier channel partners while providing strategic support for key projects. - Pricing and Profitability Management: Conduct regular in-depth analysis of market pricing and competitors to support pricing strategy development. Participate in the annual product pricing strategy formulation and dynamically manage pricing execution to balance competitiveness and profitability goals. - Opportunity Coordination and Solution Management: Oversee segment-level opportunity management by integrating leads across countries, optimizing allocation mechanisms, and producing management reports. Promote the standardized implementation of processes at the country level. Develop and refine benchmark scenario solutions for key Latam markets, creating replicable case studies. Drive agile innovation and localization adaptation across the "Headquarters-Region-Country" three-tier structure. - Empowerment and Collaborative Operations: Serve as a segment expert, proactively providing strategic guidance, solution support, and project collaboration to country teams. Integrate regional resources to facilitate breakthroughs in critical projects.Qualifications and basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy, Marketing, or a related field. - Proficient in English as a working language, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills. - Spanish knowledge is a plusExperience and Competencies- Industry Experience: Experience in marketing, strategic planning, product management, or solution sales within the PV, ESS, or related industries. - Regional Experience: Familiarity with multiple key markets in the Latam region. Candidates with local business insights and networks are preferred. - Professional Expertise: Practical experience in at least three of the following areas: market insight, product/competitive strategy, pricing/opportunity management, capability building/system establishment. - Core Skills: Strong market analysis, data interpretation, and strategic planning abilities.
