Technical Program Manager

who can bring structure, speed, and reliability to our delivery engine. If you’re an execution machine who thrives in high-ownership startup environments, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

You will drive delivery across enterprise client programs from kickoff to production. Own implementation timelines and delivery schedules Coordinate engineering, product, design, and operations dependencies Manage third-party vendors and system integrations Run UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and release readiness processes Identify risks early and unblock teams quickly Improve delivery predictability and execution velocity Drive successful client launches and platform rollouts Build scalable program management processes as we grow This is a high-impact role working directly with leadership and enterprise customers.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years in Technical Program Management, Implementation Management, or similar roles Experience working closely with software engineering teams Strong understanding of SaaS delivery and release cycles Experience managing vendors or complex integrations Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and execution-driven Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments Strong communicator who drives accountability

Strong bonus if you have: Fintech or mortgage experience Enterprise SaaS implementation experience Experience running UAT programs Familiarity with Linear, Jira, or similar tools
