About the project

As a

FinOps Markets Associate , you will be responsible for validating, analyzing, and monitoring the financial flows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation. This role is ideal for someone analytical and passionate about problem-solving and efficiency.

How your day-to-day work will look like:

✅ Execute the processes to reconcile the full transactional flows of the company, ensuring their proper recording and compliance with audit processes. ✅ Execute the processes to review the automated reconciliation results, analyzing discrepancies and identifying and reporting potential issues related to them. ✅ Ensure all the processes are executed according to the committed SLAs. ✅ Identify, report, analyze, and resolve discrepancies detected during the reconciliation process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.

This would make you the ideal candidate:

✨ Advanced student of Accounting, Economics, or a related field. ✨ Experience working in reconciliations. ✨ Experience working in finance operations. ✨ Experience working in auditing. ✨ Experience working with Excel / Google Sheets. ✨ Ability to analyze large datasets. ✨ Experience working with SQL or BI tools is a plus. ✨ Advanced English or Fluent Spanish is required. We need your great communication skills to support our clients and collaborate with international teams.
