Web3 Business Development Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Web3 Business Development Manager to join our remote team and drive growth in Brazil and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships within the Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency space. Drive business development initiatives across DeFi, NFT, tokenized assets, and other emerging Web3 markets. Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities, competitor analysis, and growth strategies. Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align go-to-market strategies with company objectives. Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and partnership agreements to maximize business impact. Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders on growth initiatives and market trends.

Requirements Proven experience in Web3 business development, blockchain partnerships, or cryptocurrency markets. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, tokenomics, and digital asset ecosystems. Demonstrated ability to identify and close strategic business opportunities. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. Portuguese is a plus. Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working remotely in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong network in the blockchain/Web3 community is highly desirable.
