Salary: 3,700 BRL/ month

Saleslights is looking for a bright, enthusiastic, vibrant, and highly organized Senior Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant

to work directly with ambitious founders and senior sales leaders in the United States. The

ideal candidate is already active on LinkedIn , enjoys building their own professional brand, and is interested in

sales, marketing, technology, and social selling .

You may already be posting insights, engaging with business content, or participating in conversations around: • B2B sales • marketing strategy • technology • entrepreneurship

A

background in sales and marketing is highly valued

for this role.

Additionally, the ideal candidate is a passionate and skilled video editor

who enjoys producing their own short-form social media videos and understands the dynamics of modern vertical video content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with

driven founders and elite sales professionals

and thrives in a professional, fast-moving environment.

Overview: Saleslights works with ambitious founders in the United States to help them build visibility, credibility, and authority through strategic communication and founder-led content.

Our clients are typically: • cybersecurity founders • B2B SaaS founders • high-growth service company CEOs

They are visionary operators who move quickly and think strategically. They do not need task managers. They need someone who can manage communication, momentum, and execution around them. Your role is to become the trusted operational partner for a small group of founders and senior / elite salespeople.

Your Mission: You will manage

up to three US founders or senior sales professionals

and ensure they consistently complete a small number of high-impact activities each month.

Your job is to: • organize communication • keep projects moving • motivate founder or sales leader participation • maintain professional correspondence • ensure key deliverables are completed

This role is closer to a

Chief-of-Staff / Executive Assistant hybrid

than a typical VA role.

Core Responsibilities: You will manage the following for each founder or senior sales professional.

Founder Communication Primary communication channel via email.

You will: • write thoughtful, professional emails • summarize discussions clearly • guide founders or sales leaders toward next steps • keep communication structured and calm Expect to write

long-form strategic emails , not quick chat replies.

Founder Momentum

Each month you will ensure founders or senior sales professionals complete: • 2 short video recordings • 5 document approvals • up to 4 meetings

Your role is to: • schedule • follow up • motivate • remove friction This requires strong

soft leadership and persuasion skills .

Project Organization

You will maintain simple project tracking for each founder or sales leader.

Responsibilities include: • organizing deliverables • tracking approvals • maintaining timelines • ensuring no work stalls You will operate similarly to a

lightweight project manager .

Relationship Management

You will be the primary point of coordination between: • the founder or sales leader • the Saleslights internal team

You must maintain: • professionalism • calm communication • clarity under pressure

What This Role Is Not This is

not a typical VA task role . It is not: • data entry • admin errands • simple task execution

This role requires someone comfortable working with

driven founders, executives, and senior sales professionals from the US and Europe . You must be comfortable with: • fast-moving conversations • high expectations • strategic discussions

Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who has previously worked as: • Executive Assistant to a CEO • Chief of Staff style operator • Agency Account Manager • Founder or sales leader support operator

Key traits: • extremely organized • confident communicator • calm under pressure • professional writing ability • proactive and responsible You should enjoy working with

high-performance personalities .

Work Structure Each operator manages

up to three founders or senior sales professionals . Typical monthly workload per client: • 2 videos coordinated • 5 approvals managed • 4 meetings maximum This is a

relationship and communication management role , not heavy operational labor.

Compensation

Salary: 3,700 BRL / month Full-time role. Because this is a high-trust position supporting founders and senior sales professionals directly: outside client work is not permitted.
