Job Description
At Pluria Global, we continue to grow at an extraordinary pace. That's why we're looking for a true rockstar to join our mission of redefining how people and companies work together. We provide companies and employees with a disruptive solution that enables them to work from any workspace affiliated with our network (coworking spaces, business centers, private and flexible offices, hotels, libraries, cafés), where users can find and book their workspace in just one click. Unlock potential through real connections.
Pluria is a multinational startup founded in Romania, with presence in Spain, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Portugal, and Colombia. Our goal is to become the global solution that supports companies on their journey to becoming flexible organizations. We operate in a market growing 215% in LatAm and 55% in Colombia.
At Pluria, we believe the true engine of progress lies in real connections: when teams feel connected, both people and companies thrive. That's why our purpose is to create connected teams that boost engagement, innovation, and results—because better companies lead to better economies and, ultimately, a better quality of life.
We achieve this by bringing together three forces:
A network of locations that brings offices, hubs, and flexible spaces into one accessible network.
Bottom-up coordination, enabling intentional encounters through bookings, invitations, and approvals.
Top-down intelligence, delivering actionable data so leaders can make better decisions.
This is how we unlock true performance by transforming work into a space for connection, collaboration, and shared growth.
Some numbers that back us up:
Global presence in over 10 countries
More than 1,000 workspaces worldwide
20% month-over-month growth
A global team of 30+ people
100% remote and multicultural team
Today, hybrid work is more a reality than ever. Data shows that 66% of leaders at companies like Google, Facebook, and Microsoft are committed to redesigning office spaces into more accessible models for their employees.
Harvard reports that 88% of workers say that when searching for a new role, they will look for one that offers full flexibility in schedule and location. Additionally, 90% of Millennials and Gen Z employees do not want to return to full-time in-office work.
