Responsibilities
Execute strategic projects, activities, and action items in the LATAM region. Responsible for reporting the progress and status of project activities.
Manage and guide the execution of changes and initiatives related to continuous improvement. Manage scope, deliverables, budget, goals, roles, responsibilities, and outcomes.
Create project plans (Gantt charts) and schedules that ensure task prioritization and dependencies.
Monitor changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans. Delegate tasks and responsibilities.
Conduct project team meetings and ensure follow-up on actions. Continuously define and manage expectations with team members and stakeholders.
Present results appropriately and timely to enable critical data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
Higher education in Administration, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related fields.
Knowledge of management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile/Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with management tools such as MS Project, Planner, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
Skill in data analysis, creating reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, .
Ability to respond to project adjustments and changes quickly, efficiently, and positively.
Ability to communicate with diverse groups, both technical and non-technical.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work well with deadlines.
Advanced or Fluent in English.
Advanced or Fluent in Spanish.
