In this role, you won't just be an "integrator." You will be part of the

Core Engineering

team, reporting directly to global leadership in the US. Your mission is to build from scratch the

Agentic AI

We do not require you to come from a Machine Learning background. We are looking for your solid engineering foundation; we will teach you how to build global-scale AI platforms. Pure Creation (Greenfield):

100% new feature development and innovation. No legacy migrations or old system support. Global Scope:

Daily collaboration with engineering teams in the US, Canada, Europe, and India. Day-to-Day Responsibilities (50/30/20 Split) 50% Hands-on Development:

Deep dive into code using Java (JVM) or Golang to create high-performance backend services. 30% Architecture and Design:

Lead complex technical discussions, evaluate scalability, and ensure the system design supports AI demands. 20% Technical Mentorship:

Act as the technical reference for 2-3 junior engineers in the Americas, performing code reviews and ensuring standards of excellence. What we are looking for (Mandatory Requirements) Solid Systems Engineering Experience:

You must be a "Core" developer who enjoys building services from the ground up. Technical Mastery:

Senior-level proficiency in

Java (JVM)

or

Golang

. Modern Infrastructure:

Hands-on experience with

Kubernetes

and Cloud environments (

GCP, AWS, or Azure

). Tech Stack:

Knowledge of Spring Boot, databases (Postgres/ElasticSearch), messaging (Kafka), and caching (Redis). Advanced English:

Ability to participate in technical discussions and meetings with the global team. Bonus Points (What you will have the opportunity to master here)

If you have experience with these topics, that’s great; if not, you will learn them with us: Notions of

GenAI (LLMs)

and integration with language models. Experience with

Vector DBs

(vector databases like Pinecone or Milvus). Knowledge of JS frameworks (ReactJS). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related fields. Innovation mindset and a desire to be at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence.
