We are seeking a

Accouting/Finance Manager

to join our team in Itapecerica da Serra (SP). This professional will play a strategic role in managing the financial operations in Brazil, ensuring the integrity of accounting information and supporting leadership in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Manage financial accounting and cost accounting functions. Oversee cash management and treasury activities, including foreign exchange exposure. Supervise payroll processes, ensuring legal compliance and resolution of discrepancies. Lead monthly and annual accounting closings, preparing management reports for headquarters. Prepare documentation for external audits. Record and control accounting entries and supporting documentation. Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls. Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations (municipal, state, and federal). Lead financial budgeting processes and budget control. Manage fixed assets budgeting and controls. Support strategic financial projects as required by the business.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Active professional registration as an Accountant (CRC). Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management. Previous experience in industrial/manufacturing environments is a plus. Strong knowledge of banking processes, financial data analysis, and national and international tax legislation. Experience in payroll management and accounting process optimization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory). Strong analytical skills, organization, leadership, and communication abilities. High level of ethics and confidentiality.
