Administrador Senior SQL Server

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior SQL Server Administrator with strong technical expertise in advanced database administration, performance optimization, and high-availability architecture in enterprise environments. This role will be responsible for ensuring database stability, performance, availability, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities Administration and support of SQL Server 2012–2022 environments.

Performance tuning (query optimization, execution plan analysis, advanced indexing strategies).

Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategy management.

Implementation and administration of Always On Availability Groups.

Management of Failover Cluster Instances (FCI).

Leading database migrations and version upgrades.

Continuous monitoring and performance improvement in production environments.

Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server 2012–2022.

Deep understanding of SQL Server internals.

Advanced expertise in performance tuning and indexing.

Proven experience with Always On and FCI.

Experience leading migrations and upgrade projects.

Experience working in high-availability, mission-critical environments.
