We're looking for a

Business Intelligence Engineer

to help build the foundation of our

internal reporting and analytics capabilities .

This role focuses on

transforming operational data into actionable insights . You will design and implement the reporting architecture that helps the team understand platform performance across customers, conversations, and operational workflows.

You will also help build an

internal reporting application

that connects analytics directly to product data.

This is a

part-time role

ideal for someone who enjoys building impactful systems in fast-moving startup environments.

Responsibilities Build the Reporting Foundation

Design and implement the

internal reporting architecture

Build

dashboards and reporting systems

to provide visibility into platform performance

Structure

data models

for analytics across conversations, workflows, and integrations

Develop the Reporting Application

Help design and build an

internal reporting application

Connect analytics directly with platform data

Develop reporting capabilities for

internal teams and product analytics

Work with Product & Engineering

Partner with backend engineers to ensure

data pipelines and schemas support analytics

Help define

key metrics and operational insights

Ensure reporting systems remain

reliable and scalable

Bring Clarity to Data

Transform

raw operational data into meaningful insights

Identify opportunities to improve

data quality and observability

Help teams make

data-informed decisions

Requirements

4+ years of experience in

Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or similar roles

Experience building

analytics or reporting systems

Strong experience working with

MongoDB

Experience designing

data models for analytics

Experience building

dashboards and reporting tools

Experience working with

backend data sources or APIs

Strong

problem-solving and debugging skills

Comfortable working in

early-stage startup environments

Nice to Have

Experience building

internal analytics platforms

Experience integrating

analytics into product platforms

Experience working with

AI, voice, or conversational systems

Familiarity with

AWS or cloud environments
