Junior Administrative Analyst (MDM)

Responsibilities: Respond to MDM enquiries from Business Units; Manage MDM Change Requests (e.g., Business Partners, G/L Accounts) with more complexity following processes and policies; Provide support to End-users with MDM Change Requests and Incidents submission; Support business, IT projects or/and MDM teams with Master Data Quality activities; Support MDM Team, Business Units and Process Experts to resolve Master Data issues; Support with MDM policies, procedures and standards definition; Support with the creation and maintenance of MDM educational material.

Requirements: Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, IT Technician, Data Analysis Technician, Economics, or related fields; Experience in MDM operations, data systems, or document flow registration; Ability to understand the basic processes and concepts of master data management, data quality, and data governance; Experience working in an international environment Microsoft Office (Excel and Teams); Intermediate use of SAP systems (e.g., MDG, ERP); Advanced English; Advanced Spanish.
