Credit & Collections Manager

Our client is a multinational specialized in the development of technological solutions for scientific and analytical environments.

Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing regional Credit & Collections team with clear objectives and development plans. Define and govern global credit policies, limits, and controls aligned with the company’s risk appetite. Ensure effective credit management, collections, and dispute resolution to achieve DSO, overdue, and cash flow targets. Partner strategically with Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams to balance risk management and business growth. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and finance transformation initiatives across the Order-to-Cash cycle.

Requirements 8+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Collections, or Accounts Receivable, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of credit risk management, collections strategies, and financial controls in a multinational environment. Fluent English
