Our high-intent prospects mean we need motivated and detail-oriented individuals to coach our clients on how to navigate the idea creation and maintaining relationships. If you're experienced in a client success role and sales/influence and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you to join our dynamic team.

Position: Full-Time Client Success Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM or 11 AM to 7PM Eastern Time Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive commissions • On-Target Earnings (OTE) • Performance-based incentives • Clear structure with defined goals • Opportunity for growth with a competitive pay structure • Work-from-home flexibility

Key Responsibilities: • Onboard clients with ideation calls to get them excited about the process • Make sure all clients are happy and always checking up on them • Follow up with clients to ensure they are enjoying their experience • Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment • Consistently meet performance metrics related to sales and marketing

Requirements: • Experience in a client success and sales role • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment • Proven track record of being in sales and in a client success role
