Lead Functional Analyst

This role coordinates delivery and releases for an in-car accessibility product within an Android-based infotainment system, with a primary focus on meeting legal and regulatory accessibility requirements.

MUST HAVE SKILLS: 1. Hands-on release management + Product backlog management + Project management 2. Hands-on quality management and defect management (metrics, traceability, coverage, standards) 3. Two+ years of practicing Scrum/SAFe with primary responsibility of Jira / Confluence project setup 4. Two+ years of experience as primary customer interface (end users or business stakeholders) 5. Very clear structured communication + strong proven people management (min 7 people x 3+ years) 6. Software development or testing background 2+ years or Computer Science diploma (must understand clearly and be able to speak developer's and tester's language) NICE TO HAVE SKILLS 7. Participating / managing automotive infotainment projects 8. Participating/managing Android-related projects 9. Participating/managing HMI/UX/UI projects 10. Setting up CI/CD on project from scratch 11. Setting up tracking in CodeBeamer on project form scratch
