BPI Developer Role Requirements and Expectations

Key Requirements:

- Technical Skill Set: - Full-stack development skills in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. - Basic understanding of Kubernetes, AWS, Docker, Kafka, and microservices. - Preferred database experience in Neo4j and Postgres. If Neo4j experience is lacking, strong PL-SQL skills are acceptable with the expectation to learn Neo4j quickly. - Domain Experience Flexibility: - OSS domain experience is preferred, especially for senior candidates. - Exceptional technical skills can compensate for limited domain knowledge. - Hands-on experience is prioritised over design or managerial backgrounds.

Project Assignment and Scope:

- Staff augmentation engagement means candidates may be assigned to various projects, not necessarily the one discussed during the call.

Hands-On Requirement:

- Profiles with only domain experience but lacking recent technical involvement will not be considered. - Actively coding developers who can directly contribute to development tasks are required.

Contract Duration and Timeline:

- Positions to be filled ASAP. - Initial six-month contract likely to extend to a year or more due to ongoing project needs and resource backfilling.

This position can sit in LATAM or India.

The target hourly rate is between $12-$20hr.
