Hybrid model (2 days at the office) for candidates based in São Paulo (SP), Brazil

Remote for candidates located outside São Paulo state

Position Overview

We are seeking a

Workday Techno-Functional Analyst

with a hybrid profile (functional + technical), responsible for Workday configuration, integrations, and ongoing platform enhancements.

This role requires strong interaction with global teams and the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders

Configure Workday modules

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations

Act as liaison between business and technical teams

Assess functional and technical impacts of changes

Contribute to solution architecture discussions

Create and/or review Functional Design Documents (FDD)

Create and/or review Technical Design Documents (TDD)

Validate test cases with QA teams

Act as technical focal point for offshore teams

Participate in global technical calls

Workday Financials

Workday Integrations

Technical Requirements

Mandatory experience with:

Workday Integrations

EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)

Core Connectors

Workday Studio

XSLT

Nice to have:

Workday APIs

Experience designing complex integration architectures

Experience in global enterprise environments

Documentation & Governance

Experience creating or reviewing FDD (Functional Design Document)

Experience creating or reviewing TDD (Technical Design Document)

Participation in test case validation processes

Collaboration with Business Analysts

Mandatory Qualifications

5+ years of Workday experience

Strong background in Workday integrations

Hybrid functional/technical profile

Advanced English (C1) – spoken and written

Experience working in international corporate environments
