• Knowledge of Copilot Service Workspace (official documentation).
• Experience implementing and configuring the Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework (official documentation).
• Practical knowledge of the Microsoft APM SDK (official documentation).
• Proven experience in JavaScript programming.
• Desirable skills:
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Required skills and abilities:
• Teamwork using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency with collaborative tools such as Jira.
