About the Role We're looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our team in Brazil. You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform through thorough manual testing as we continue to scale rapidly across the region.

What You'll Do Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on product requirements Execute comprehensive manual testing across web and mobile platforms Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure issues are resolved Verify bug fixes and validate new features before release Contribute to QA documentation and process improvements Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily standups

What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in manual software testing within the software development industry Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and the software development lifecycle Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar) Ability to write clear, detailed bug reports and test documentation Professional-level English proficiency (written and spoken) — required Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Experience working at SaaS companies or in startup environments Background in iGaming, fintech, or high-volume transaction platforms Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman Basic understanding of SQL for data validation
