User Acceptance Testing Analyst

Title: UAT Import/Export Lead (LATAM)

Location: Position is 100% remote, candidates needs to be physically sit in the LATAM region Duration: Initial 8-month contract with extension possibilities.

Key Responsibilities • Lead or support UAT activities for Import/Export processes, including test planning, execution, and defect management. • Collaborate with business SMEs and IT teams to ensure test coverage aligns with Client’s global trade compliance and operational requirements. • Execute test scripts and validate system functionality against business processes. • Document test results and escalate issues for resolution. • If required, backfill operational tasks in Import/Export to maintain business continuity during project phases. • Act as a liaison between IT and business teams, translating technical requirements into business context. • Ensure compliance with Client’s testing standards and governance. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience • Strong Import/Export process expertise, including customs documentation, trade compliance, and shipping requirements. • Hands-on experience with SAP modules related to global trade and logistics. • Familiarity with UAT methodologies and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM). • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. ________________________________________ Highly Desirable • Operational experience in consumer goods or manufacturing environments. • Knowledge of Client’s regional business practices and compliance requirements. • Local language skills and cultural awareness for effective collaboration. • Ability to adapt between testing and operational roles as needed.
