We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Endpoint Security Automation Engineer

to lead the design, development, and optimization of automated workflows for endpoint security event and issue management. This role will be responsible for integrating and automating processes across platforms such as

ServiceNow, Microsoft Power BI, Data Hub, SIEM, and SOAR

solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in cybersecurity operations with strong automation, data integration, and process optimization skills. This role plays a critical part in improving detection-to-response time, enhancing operational visibility, and ensuring scalable and resilient endpoint security operations.

Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows for endpoint security event and issue management. Integrate endpoint detection platforms with ServiceNow for automated ticket creation, enrichment, prioritization, and lifecycle management. Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting using Microsoft Power BI to provide actionable security insights and KPIs. Orchestrate data pipelines and security telemetry ingestion Data Hub or equivalent data integration technologies. Design and optimize SIEM use cases and correlation rules to enhance endpoint threat detection. Develop and maintain SOAR playbooks to automate triage, containment, remediation, and escalation processes. Collaborate with SOC, Incident Response, Endpoint Engineering, and IT Operations teams to continuously improve automation and security processes. Ensure proper documentation of automation workflows, integrations, and operational procedures. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing manual effort and increasing response efficiency. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with strong focus on endpoint security. Proven experience integrating and automating workflows within ServiceNow. Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI. Experience working with data orchestration platforms such as Data Hub. Strong experience with SIEM platforms (e.g.,Sentinel). Hands-on experience with SOAR platforms and playbook development. Solid understanding of endpoint security tools (EDR/XDR) or BeyondTrust Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, REST APIs). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
