We are currently partnering with a
fast-growing, Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce brand
to find a dedicated E-Commerce Specialist. In this role, you will work directly with our client's team to drive tangible results, manage their digital storefront, and maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify & Product Management:
Execute directions from the E-commerce Manager to update pricing, add new products, and maintain the homepage, collections, and product pages. Build and maintain landing pages, optimize listings for SEO and sales, and manage apps that enhance the customer experience.
Merchandising & Website Optimization:
Follow merchandising strategies to highlight key products and promotions. Build campaign-specific landing pages, troubleshoot site issues, and strategically utilize apps to boost conversion rates.
Email & SMS Marketing (Klaviyo):
Execute email and SMS campaigns and flows. Segment audiences, monitor performance metrics, and rigorously test formatting, deliverability, and links.
SEO & Site Performance:
Support ongoing SEO initiatives, including keyword implementation, on-page optimization, content updates, and basic technical SEO. Monitor site performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements to drive organic traffic.
General Support & Reporting:
Execute tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), clearly communicate progress or roadblocks, identify opportunities to increase sales, and collaborate closely with the design and customer service teams.
Ad Hoc Requests:
Handle additional E-commerce and D2C operational tasks as directed to support the overall growth of the brand.
Qualifications
Core Requirements:
Experience:
1+ years of proven experience working in a fast-paced Shopify environment.
Technical Platforms:
Hands-on experience with
Shopify
(adding products, managing collections, landing pages, and apps) and
Klaviyo
or similar platforms (email/SMS campaigns, segmentation, flows, and A/B testing).
Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to assess data, monitor performance, and identify concrete growth opportunities.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication, alongside great customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with stakeholders.
Mindset:
Proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude, strong initiative, and excellent follow-through. Ability to follow strategic direction and execute tasks accurately.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have):
Familiarity with analytics platforms like GA4, Google Search Console, Commission Junction, and Google Analytics.
Understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO and site optimization.
Experience with specific Shopify apps like Timesact Pre-order, Conjured Memberships, heat map tools, and quiz apps (we are happy to train the right person on these!).
