Médico– Suporte ao Paciente - Fluent English/Spanish

We are seaking for a Doctor to work with a High Level personal injury law firm committed to helping clients recover both physically and financially after an accident. The firm works closely with clients to guide them through medical treatments and the legal process. This position is for a licensed medical doctor who will play a key role in reviewing cases, explaining medical needs to clients, and ensuring they receive the care necessary for their recovery.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Review and analyze medical records and reports • Prepare accurate and clear medical summaries for legal use • Evaluate injury details to assist attorneys in building strong cases • Manage client appointments with healthcare providers, explain the importance of treatment plans and follow-up visits, and maintain consistent communication with clients to monitor their medical progress. • Support the legal team by providing medical insights during case evaluations and helping address client concerns about their treatment. • Make regular calls to patients and clients to gather updates on their condition and treatment progress, and coordinate with doctors and medical clinics in the U.S. to ensure proper care.

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases at once, attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting, and empathy when working with injured clients.
