Responsibilities:
E-commerce Channel Development:
Gain in-depth insights into the Brazilian online market, platforms, consumer demographics, and purchasing behavior. Analyze market share and operational models of key e-commerce platforms to expand Huawei's online sales channels and continuously broaden product coverage.
E-commerce Channel Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platforms at various levels through regular communication and engagement. Align and lock annual targets with partners, secure resources, and break down goals into actionable steps. Manage inventory, sales, and stock levels, proactively identify risks, and collaborate to resolve issues.
Sales Target Management:
Collect and organize sales target data for various platforms, identify challenges, and follow up on resolutions. Support the achievement of operational goals and report results weekly.
Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects and achieve sales objectives. This includes coordinating resource allocation with the marketing team and collaborating with the delivery team to manage demand forecasts.
Additional Support : Handle other related tasks such as data processing, report generation, activity validation and settlement follow-ups, and problem resolution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in E-commerce, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or other related business fields.
3+ years of sales experience in the electronics industry.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Mercado Libre, Amazon, Shopee, TikTok) is highly preferred.
Excellent command of English (mandatory).
Familiarity with digital and online e-commerce channels and their management.
Experience in online business with innovative thinking.
Analytical mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
Business acumen, ability to manage delivery cycles, and strong organizational and coordination skills.
Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, execution skills, and project management capabilities.
High attention to detail.
Efficient organizational skills, KPI-driven, and proactive attitude.
Ability to handle high-pressure responsibilities and adjust working hours flexibly based on business needs.
