We’re looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Head of Strategic Partnerships to act as a true extension of the founder inside high-level external conversations.
This is not an influencer campaign management role. The primary focus is institutional, brand, and ecosystem partnerships that require structured deal development, outbound relationship building, and strategic alignment at a company-to-company level.
You will identify, negotiate, and close long-term B2B partnerships with aligned brands, funds, wellness companies, retreat operators, media platforms, and mission-aligned organizations. You must be comfortable representing the founder in conversations that involve revenue share models, co-branded initiatives, equity discussions, and broader ecosystem expansion.
If you understand how to structure real partnerships rather than one-off collaborations and can build a disciplined pipeline that converts into signed agreements, this role is a strong fit.

What You’ll Work On
Direct B2B Deal Structuring
- Negotiate and close company-to-company partnerships with long-term strategic alignment
- Structure revenue share agreements, co-branded ventures, and strategic alliances
- Draft partnership proposals and guide negotiations through signed agreements
- Ensure commercial terms reflect long-term value creation, not short-term transactions
Outbound Institutional Relationship Development
- Proactively identify and pursue aligned funds, wellness brands, retreat centers, media platforms, and mission-aligned organizations
- Build outbound strategy for institutional partnership development
- Lead pitch conversations with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Translate high-level vision into structured partnership opportunities
Founder-Level Strategic Representation
- Act as an extension of the founder in high-level conversations
- Represent the brand confidently in discussions involving long-term ecosystem expansion
- Navigate equity discussions, strategic collaborations, and revenue-sharing frameworks
- Maintain trust, discretion, and alignment in sensitive conversations
Partnership Pipeline Ownership
- Build and manage a structured B2B partnership pipeline
- Implement CRM tracking across stages from outreach to proposal to signed agreement
- Maintain clear documentation of deal terms and follow-through
- Ensure consistent momentum across multiple active negotiations
What You Bring
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or institutional alliances
- Direct experience negotiating and closing B2B agreements
- Proven ability to build outbound institutional relationships from scratch
- Comfort operating in founder-led environments with high visibility
- Strong commercial instincts and negotiation capability
- Experience managing structured partnership pipelines using CRM systems
- Clear, confident communication skills across senior stakeholder groups
- Ability to balance long-term strategy with disciplined execution
Nice to Have
- Experience working in wellness, sustainability, culture, or mission-driven sectors
- Exposure to equity-based partnerships or revenue-share structures
- Background representing founders or acting in a chief-of-staff-adjacent capacity
- Experience building partnerships across media, funds, or retreat ecosystems
