Own BOOKR's commercial footprint in Brazil by executing direct sales to schools and institutions and building a high-performing distributor network. You'll report to the Head of Sales, run the local funnel in HubSpot, and hit regional ARR and adoption targets.Key Responsibilities- Direct selling – Identify, qualify, and close new business with public- and private-sector schools, language centres, and corporate buyers; conduct on-site / virtual demos, proposals, and contract negotiations. - Distributor prospecting – Map the ed-publishing and ICT reseller landscape, recruit strategic partners, negotiate terms, and onboard them to BOOKR's playbooks and margin structure. - Pipeline & reporting – Maintain clean deal, contact, and activity data in HubSpot; deliver weekly forecasts and KPI snapshots to the Head of Sales. - Quota & campaign execution – Own revenue targets, launch territory promotions, and coordinate with Marketing on lead-gen assets tailored to both direct and channel routes. - Partner enablement – Train distributors' sales teams on product value, demo flow, and objection handling; monitor joint business plans and co-marketing funds. - Market intelligence – Track competitive moves, pricing, and curriculum changes; feed insights to Product and GTM teams for roadmap and positioning tweaks. - Resource optimisation – Use data (win-rate, CAC, churn signals) to decide where to double down on direct outreach vs. distributor coverage.Preferred Skills and Qualifications- 5 + years quota-carrying success in EdTech or SaaS, covering both direct enterprise deals and channel sales in Thailand. - Fluent Portugese and professional English; confident presenting to principals, ministry officials, and reseller executives. - Hands-on HubSpot user; comfortable with Excel/Sheets or SQL for ad-hoc analysis. - Familiarity with workflow/outreach tools (e.g., N8N, Smartlead, Clay) is a plus. - Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate external partners while managing your own deal cycle. - Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Education, or related field.CompanyBOOKR is an industry-leading publisher, pioneering interactive reading-based edutainment tools to help children foster native and/or second language skills.
