Role Overview
The SEO Specialist develops and executes search engine optimization strategies that drive sustainable organic traffic growth and improve online visibility. This role spans technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link building—requiring both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
You will own SEO initiatives end-to-end, from audits and keyword research to implementation and performance analysis. This role is ideal for analytical SEO professionals who enjoy solving technical challenges, staying ahead of search evolution, and translating data into measurable growth.

By improving rankings for high-intent keywords and optimizing site performance, you help generate consistent leads and revenue. Core Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Keyword Research — 25%
Develop SEO strategies aligned with growth objectives
Conduct keyword research and intent analysis to identify opportunities
Analyze competitors and map keywords to funnel stages
Create SEO briefs and content roadmaps
Monitor algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly
Technical SEO & Site Optimization — 25%
Conduct technical audits to identify crawl, indexation, and performance issues
Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability
Implement structured data, sitemaps, and canonicalization
Collaborate with developers to deploy technical fixes
Improve internal linking and site architecture
On-Page SEO & Content Optimization — 20%
Optimize existing content for target keywords and search intent
Improve meta titles, descriptions, headers, and page structure
Identify content gaps and optimization opportunities
Support featured snippet and SERP feature optimization
Guide content teams on SEO best practices
Link Building & Outreach — 15%
Identify and secure high-quality backlink opportunities
Execute outreach campaigns and manage link acquisition
Monitor backlink quality and address toxic links
Conduct competitor backlink analysis to uncover opportunities
Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking — 10%
Track organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
Build reports and dashboards with actionable insights
Analyze user behavior to inform optimization decisions
Monitor competitive and market trends
Emerging SEO & AI Integration — 5%
Stay current on AI-driven search changes and new SEO approaches
Test emerging strategies for answer engines and generative search
Integrate AI tools into research, optimization, and reporting workflows
Requirements
Must-Haves (Required)
1–3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
Proven success improving organic traffic and rankings
Experience across technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
Proficiency with SEO and Google analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
Agency or multi-client SEO experience
Experience with e-commerce, B2B, or SaaS SEO
Knowledge of international or programmatic SEO
Familiarity with AI-driven search optimization
Experience collaborating with developers and content teams
